As the IT and Cybersecurity Manager at Region Värmland, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT security solutions to protect the region's systems and information from IT and cyber threats.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead development in IT and cybersecurity
• Conduct environmental monitoring and ensure relevant security measures
• Ensure compliance with information classification requirements and IT security guidelines
• Educate and inform about cybersecurity
• Be responsible for initiating investigations and following up on security incidents

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience in IT security within larger organizations, including strategic work with regulations, guidelines, and security risk assessments.
• Experience supporting organizations in IT security efforts and conducting training
• Experience in handling security incidents and responding to cyber threats
